You may feel empty and lonely; grief usually triggers anger, guilt, and confusion about how to move forward in life.  Feelings of isolation and detachment from others are very common because no one can relate to what you feel like. This social disconnect only worsens your pain. This pain is not only emotional, but it’s physical too. Most likely you struggle to eat, sleep, and focus on daily tasks or make simple decisions.

How do I know this? Because I’ve been there myself. After my 40-year-old husband died, I struggled to function, let alone take care of our four children who were also confused and grieving. I had lost my identity, and I didn’t recognize who I was anymore. But I was determined to RISE and thrive. I want to show you how to do the same!

Alongside the videos, I’ll provide simple homework assignments tailored to reinforce what you’ve learned and guide you in integrating these lessons into your daily life. By applying what you’ve learned in these small, manageable tasks, you’ll gradually build resilience and develop effective coping strategies for navigating and integrating grief into your life. 

Additionally, each week, you’ll receive a downloadable and printable section for your “Grief Healing Workbook.” This workbook will serve as a valuable resource for you during and after the program.  It will contain practical exercises, activities, and coping strategies carefully curated to support you as you navigate grief and move toward healing and recovery.

You’ll have the flexibility to watch the videos at your convenience and revisit them as needed, as you’ll have unlimited access. This structured approach aims to provide you with ongoing support and guidance as you progress through your grief journey.


Join me every week for a live 1-hour group coaching session via Zoom for personalized support. These coaching sessions are tailored to your individual needs, addressing any challenges or struggles you’re facing. Grief impacts every aspect of our lives, so even if you don’t initially connect it to grief, I’m here to coach you through it. 

You can get coached live during the call,  or message me for individual coaching. Feel free to remain anonymous with your camera off, get coached through the chat, or simply listen and observe. Observing others being coached can lead to significant insights. Your grief will be validated, and you’ll feel supported and less alone in your grief.  By simply watching and listening You will be able to apply the coaching to your own life and situations. Once you successfully make payment you will automatically be added to the next cohort.  You will immediately receive an email from me (check your spam folder) with details and next steps.

You can expect to receive access to your first topic video and the first section of your grief workbook on the first Sunday of the month. Additionally, you will have access to our LIVE coaching session every Wednesday, and this process will repeat weekly for 12 weeks.

This allows you a private approach while working exclusively with me one-on-one.
